These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Flash desktop application ("Flash" or the "App"), a product by DRS Studios. By downloading, installing, or using Flash, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Flash is an AI-powered desktop assistant that can respond to voice and text input, read files you point it to, generate documents/spreadsheets, open apps or websites on your behalf, and analyze your screen when you ask it to ("Screen Vision"). Flash uses third-party AI models to generate its responses.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

Some features may require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Flash to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to access another person's files, accounts, or data without authorization;
  • Use Screen Vision or file-reading features to capture or process content you do not have the right to access;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the App or the AI services it relies on;
  • Use Flash to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

4. AI-Generated Content & Limitations

Flash's responses, including code fixes, calculations, document content, and business advice, are generated by AI and may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. Flash is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or tax advice — always verify important information and consult a qualified professional where appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

5. Screen Vision & File Access

Screen Vision and file-reading features only activate when you explicitly invoke them during a conversation. By using these features, you confirm that you have the right to share the screen content or files you provide to Flash, including any third-party information that may be visible on your screen at that time.

6. Usage Limits

Free and paid plans may include daily limits on the number of messages, screenshots, or AI requests. We may modify usage limits from time to time as the service evolves. Exceeding your limit may temporarily restrict access to AI-powered features until the limit resets.

7. Intellectual Property

Flash, its branding, logo, and underlying software are the property of DRS Studios. Files, documents, or content you create using Flash (e.g. spreadsheets generated on your request) belong to you. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Flash application itself without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

8. Availability & Changes

Flash depends on third-party AI services and may occasionally be unavailable or degraded due to factors outside our control. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRS Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Flash if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Flash and uninstall it at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Flash after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
